Importantly, there are no upfront deposits or advance payments required. Payment only becomes due upon the successful completion of the work, and we are open to discussing deferred payment arrangements.
In the majority of cases involving sunken or uneven concrete, our mud-jacking restoration process emerges as the most effective and cost-efficient solution. However, if the concrete is extensively damaged, we may propose a replacement option. In such instances, our replacement specialist will conduct an on-site meeting, providing a free consultation and quote. Should you choose to proceed, any required advance deposit will be clearly communicated, ensuring transparency and your confidence in our services.

At MuddRuckers, we keep things simple, and the MuddRuckers Warranty is no exception. Here’s what you need to know:
Our Promise: For three years, we guarantee that all lifted areas will stay in place within ¾ inch. If, during this period, any lifted concrete deviates beyond this range, we’ll restore it to its original level at no extra cost to you.
Your Requirement: We understand that your property is important to you. If, during the lifting process, the slab rises above the existing grade, all we ask is that you take simple steps to protect any exposed material.
How You Can Protect the Material: It’s easy! You may need to backfill with soil and/or mulch in the immediate area where the lifting material is exposed. This helps ensure a smooth transition, keeps your property looking its best and protects the material while it hardens.
Our Commitment to You: Our job performance guarantee covers the initial completion of the work as quoted. While there’s a slight risk of a lifted concrete slab settling again due to subsoil factors, we’re transparent about it. We can’t guarantee against future settlement risk in the deeper subsoils, but we’re here to address any concerns and keep you informed every step of the way.
